I have known Michael Intravartolo since July of 2006 as a student at the University of Phoenix, Schaumburg Illinois Campus.  He was a student in Management 350 Critical Thinking: Strategies in Decision Making, one of the courses I teach. As his professor, I have had an opportunity to observe Mike's participation and interaction in class and evaluate his knowledge of the subject matter. As a student, Mike was hard-working and highly committed to his education and I would rate his overall performance in this subject matter as above average. This is evidenced by his grade in the class, A-.

As part of his grade in MGT350, Mike was required to prepare papers and power point presentations. These objectives were designed to measure the student's ability to research, analyze the results, write and report on the research and to present the overall results of this research. Based upon this, I rate Mike's skills as excellent.
